Our Story
Solarium Coffee started long before we ever had a cart—back in high school, when I (Ben) was a young barista and she (Halle) was my favorite regular. Most mornings, I’d leave a coffee or chai latte in her parking spot at school—a small surprise to brighten her day. Years later, that tradition is still going strong. Now I make it myself, and it’s still the first thing I do each morning: she gets the coffee, and I get to keep practicing my latte art. This tradition became the foundation for our signature drink, Halle’s Morning.
As my curiosity for coffee grew, I found myself diving deeper into the world of specialty coffee and began to taste coffees that completely redefined what I thought coffee could be. That curiosity has grown into a dream come true. We are beginning with a mobile cart and building toward the vision of our own café.
Every drink we make is rooted in intention, passion, and a love for the small gestures that bring people together. We can’t wait to see what’s next.
